Welcome...Talking Tots has arrived in Mid Sussex and Wealden!
What is Talking Tots ?
Talking Tots is the UK’s leading provider of fun, interactive classes that help pre-school children to communicate with confidence.
At Talking Tots children will discover a host of imaginative, exciting activities that encourage little ones to get talking. Our fun classes help to promote group bonding, encourage sharing & turn taking, develop listening & attention skills and boost social confidence within the peer group, to name but a few of the benefits!
Each Talking Tots session is carefully designed by experts to help every child build social confidence and communication skills – the cornerstones of a happy and healthy life!
What happens at Talking Tots?
Our classes are based on games, activities, rhymes and stories that are lots of fun for little ones, but are designed to help boost their confidence and communication skills. Each class also includes a free play session, so children and parents can get to know each other. Talking Tots is brilliant for children who aren’t yet confident talkers, as they get lots of practice using sounds and words in a fun way. We also help develop other important communication skills, like describing and sorting words, taking turns in a conversation and paying attention to instructions. As the children get a little older, Talking Tots also introduces pre-literacy skills to help prepare them for ‘big school’ and learning to read and write.
Who can come to Talking Tots?
Talking Tots is suitable for any pre-school child over the age of 12 months. Whether your child is just learning their first words or is a fully-fledged chatterbox, our class leaders will help them settle in and enjoy the class.
Why are Talking Tots different? While there are plenty of pre-school activities for children to learn about music or physical activity, only Talking Tots focuses entirely on building social skills and communication – the most important skills we ever learn!
