Welcome to Talking Tots in the Hampshire/Surrey Borders
What is Talking Tots?
Talking Tots is a unique pre-school activity programme that helps children develop social confidence and communication skills.
We believe that children learn best when they are having fun, so every Talking Tots session is built around activities and games that are engaging for toddlers. Each class is carefully designed to help children learn important skills such as paying attention to instructions, taking turns with other children and learning about words and sounds.
What makes Talking Tots different?
 |
We are the only national pre-school activity group focusing on communication and social confidence.
Our classes are designed by paediatric speech and language therapists with input from educational psychologists and teachers, so you can be confident that Talking Tots will help your child fulfil their potential.
Talking Tots does not teach literacy, but we do help develop important pre-literacy skills such as semantic (word) and phonological (sound) awareness, which can provide a great foundation for literacy when children make the move to big school.

Who should come to Talking Tots?
Talking Tots is suitable for any pre-school child over the age of 12 months. Whether your child is just learning their first words or is a fully-fledged chatterbox, our class leaders will help them settle in and enjoy the class.
